altSpring is here! It's time to purchase tickets for the premier arts event in The Woodlands - The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival. This popular springtime tradition, now in its 14th year, will take place on Saturday, April 13 from 10 am - 6 pm, and Sunday, April 14 from 10 am - 5 pm along The Woodlands Waterway and in Town Green Park.
 
"Each year, The Woodlands Arts Council along with hundreds of dedicated volunteers, transforms The Woodlands Waterway into an outdoor art gallery, featuring the original works of over 200 juried fine artists from around the country," said Kelly Batterson, Festival Director. "Representing a wide variety of styles and mediums, including painting, drawing, photography, wood, glass, clay, fiber and jewelry, the festival attracts up to 15,000 art lovers each year. Arts in the Park Celebrates 10 Years

altNow celebrating 10 years of showcasing the works of local artists and performance groups in The Woodlands, Arts in the Park will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Rob Fleming Park, located at 6055 Creekside Forest Drive in The Woodlands 77389.

More than 30 local artists will be selling handmade items at the event and live entertainment performances will include Sha Davis, The Woodlands Boys Choir, Moriah Davis School of the Arts, Creekside Forest Elementary Choir and more. The KidZone will have arts and craft activities, face painting and inflatables. A photo booth will also be available.
