Cutest Toy Alert!! We simply adore our Koloreeenies!

The
Koloreenies are here! All five girls in my family (myself included) were very excited to welcome these sweet babies home! My oldest daughter turns 13 in just over a week, and I had no idea she would be just as thrilled to get her hands on the newest, smallest, Neonate Nerlie babies by Distroller. I'm pleased to introduce you to Baby Lili Pink and Baby Petunia Bloom. Do you remember the YouTube review I did a while back when we brought home our first set of babies? (If you didn't see it, CLICK HERE.) Well, these Koloreenies are even cuter, and they’re so lovable!

The legend behind the Nerlie Koloreenies is that this batch of babies – from the planet Neonatopia – got into mischief playing with a brilliant rainbow.  They started splashing colors from the rainbow onto themselves, which is why each Koloreenie is multicolored. Also, these babies have highly active hair follicles, so they were born with long, bright hair (unlike the Neonates I reviewed in the past). The end result is an irresistible, fit-in-the-palm-of-your-hand, brightly colored baby with curly hair and big eyes. The Koloreenies have an amazingly soft, sweet fragrance, and they come with removable umbilical cords, wearing diapers, and sucking a pacifier. They also come with a Dripity Drop (their source of nutrition) and a birth certificate, and yours might even come with a poo in its diaper (if you’re lucky)!

Check out some of the fun information that’s printed on the box telling you how to feed and take care of your baby! For instance – “Remove its umbilical cord with a clean cotton ball and then clean it with just one drop of purified water,” and  “If your baby normally has wide open eyes and you note that they close, wake it immediately with hugs and kisses and a dose of Dripity Drop.”  My four-year-old sat mesmerized as I read through all the tips and instructions contained in the box, details that seemingly confirm that these babies are actually real!

The Koloreenies can be found at DistrollerUSA.com or in the Distroller store in the Galleria. The experience of adopting the sweet babies in person and bringing them home is magical for kids! You go into the store, learn all about the Neonate babies, and pick the one you want. Of course there are all kinds of accessories you can buy to keep your baby happy, but the best part of going into the store is watching Nurse Tania prepare the babies for their home-going. Nurse Tania weighs the baby, checks head circumference, checks its temperature, gives it its first immunizations, and more.

When I learned about the new Koloreenies, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a couple, so I had them shipped to us since I knew it would be a few weeks before I could get to the Galleria. Not to miss the experience completely however, we plan to bring our babies with us next month when we drop in at the Galleria so they can get their first shots and a check up! It really is the cutest thing, and for little children who are imaginative, these babies really do seem to come to life.
