You're invited to join The Cynthia Woodlands Pavilion for a dazzling spectacle of sight and sound as Cirque de la Symphonie takes the Main Stage on Thursday, July 20, 2023. Jaw-dropping feats by the world’s greatest aerial flyers, acrobats, contortionists, dancers, balancers and jugglers pair with breathtaking music performed by the full Houston Symphony in this one-of-a-kind live concert event—perfect for the whole family! Sponsored by The Wortham Foundation, gates will open at 7 p.m. for the 8 p.m. performance. Mezzanine and lawn seating are FREE. Reserved orchestra seats are available for $25 per ticket.

We shake out the summer sillies and get ready to welcome in the new school year on Saturday, July 29 with a day full of visits from some of our favorite superheroes. During this year’s Summer Sillies Superhero Day, guests are invited to come dressed in their favorite superhero attire, create their very own superhero mask, and meet and pose for photos with Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Super Girl, Buzz Lightyear and a Ninja.
The Howard Hughes Corporation debuts Shoal, an experiential art piece in Hughes Landing® that is the latest addition to one of the largest public art collections in the country. Commissioned from Squidsoup—the international collaborative group of artists researchers, technologists and designers known for creating award-winning digital media experiences—Shoal features 750 individual orbs of light suspended in air and programmed to seamlessly flow in mesmerizing movement to sound.
