Time to Shop! Tommy Bahama Home Store is now open in Market Street

Tommy Bahama Home is now open at Market Street in a beautifully displayed 10,000 square-foot showroom adjacent to the Hyatt Centric hotel.

The iconic Tommy Bahama brand, known for its relaxed take on casual elegance, has both a retail store and restaurant in Market Street. The new home store offers indoor and outdoor home furnishings and distinctive home décor. While Tommy Bahama operates over 160 retail stores and 17 restaurants in the US, the Market Street location is just the third location nationally for the home store concept. The other showrooms are in Newport Beach and Austin.

Woodlands Symphony and Woodlands Area Youth Symphony Announce Talent Search 2021

Is your child a musician? The Woodlands Symphony is conducting an online only Talent Search accepting a limited number of players to join them this year for concerts, master classes, and community outreach.

The Woodlands Area Youth Symphony accepts only the best young musicians in the region for membership in order to maintain the highest level of musicianship. Along with regularly scheduled concerts, students are invited to play one concert per semester with The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra and sit side-by-side with professional musicians. There are additional opportunities to participate in master classes and auditions for solos throughout the season. Students accepted into the program through the Talent Search do pay a tuition to offset expenses associated with running the program, and a limited number of scholarships are awarded each semester.

30+ Mini "Dates" - Taste of the Town, January 4 - 31 , 2021

Taste of the Town
has returned to The Woodlands this month, and in our opinion, it's better than ever! Rather than a single-location event where you gather with others in a hotel hall to sample light bites from various restaurants, this year's event
will be a month-long extravaganza where you will actually go to several different participating restaurants, at your own convenience, from January 4 - 31.

With 30-40 local restaurants participating, this means you can buy a ticket for yourself and your partner and then plan 30-40 mini "dates" between now and the end of the month!
