It is only fitting that one of the first exhibits you experience at The DoSeum, San Antonio's Museum for Kids, is a set of spinning, mirrored columns. This simple, interactive feature immediately sets the tone for your visit: engaging, whimsical and full of giggles. I had a wonderful first visit to The Doseum - learning, creating and exploring - and want to share my favorite experiences!

We had an amazing time revisiting favorite rides, checking out some new ones (yeah for taller kids!), enjoying Halloween-themed shows and a special themed dining experience!
Is your kiddo ready for some spooky fun? Then your family needs to check out SpookTacular, the annual Halloween celebration at The Woodlands Children’s Museum! This year, the museum will continue this year’s SpookTacular activities until 6 p.m., one hour past the museum’s normal closing time.
This year’s celebration is set for 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 4775 W. Panther Creek Dr., Suite 280. The museum will be open for this event only, and children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
The museum has lined up some frightfully fun games and entertainment for SpookTacular. In place of trick-or-treat candy at game stations, children will receive trick-or-treat prizes.
