Rosati’s Pizza Opens in The Woodlands / Conroe area

Rosati’s Pizza
opened its newest location on Monday, May 9, in The Woodlands / Conroe area of Montgomery County at 4150 FM 1488, approximately five miles west of I-45.

The new restaurant is home to the country’s first Rosati’s drive-thru, featuring a limited menu of fan favorites and pizza by the slice. The full Rosati’s menu is available via carryout. Catering is available now and delivery service will start soon.

With its rich history of Italian flavor spanning five generations, Rosati’s Pizza is nationally acclaimed for its four delicious styles of pizza: Traditional Thin Crust, Unique Double Dough, World Famous Chicago Deep Dish, and Authentic Stuffed. The restaurant follows original Rosati family recipes, serving up the satisfying pizza and pasta you crave made from scratch daily using only the freshest ingredients.

In addition to scrumptious, customizable pizzas, Rosati’s full menu also features a selection of hearty pasta plates; bone-in and boneless wings; delicious sandwiches; specialty salads; appetizers such as Rosati’s fried ravioli, jalapeño poppers, and buttery breadsticks; and sweet desserts.

“We understand our customers’ habits have changed in the past two years,” says Daniel Perillo, president of Rosati’s Pizza. “The drive-thru will provide customers with the convenience of ordering our great sandwiches, salads, wings, and pizza by the slice from the comfort of their cars. Customers can also call ahead to pick up pizzas and other menu orders at the drive-thru window. We are thrilled to offer our loyal customers this opportunity and look forward to opening more drive-thru locations around the country.”

Rosati's Pizza in Montgomery County is owned by Michael Grosiak who grew up on the South Side of Chicago and moved to Texas in 2007 to work in the oil industry. After he lost part of his left arm in an accident on an off-shore oil rig, Grosiak needed to change career paths. Owning and operating his own Rosati’s restaurant was a dream vocation.

“I grew up eating Rosati’s with my family, and I love Chicago food,” says Grosiak, who runs the restaurant with his sister. “When I first moved to Texas, I used to bring a trailer back to Chicago whenever I visited my family to load up on Rosati’s classics — from the deep-dish pizza and delicious pasta to the buttery breadsticks. This is an amazing opportunity to share classic Rosati family recipes with the local community here.”

Established in Chicago by the Rosati brothers in 1964, Rosati’s Pizza is a family pizzeria rooted in tradition and authentic Italian flavor. For five generations, Rosati’s has served up real Chicago pizza and Italian classics made from the freshest local ingredients, following original family recipes. Cheese is aged to perfection; bold sauce uses vine-ripened tomatoes; Italian sausage is prepared with just the right mix of fennel, pepper, and herbs.

The new location in The Woodlands / Conroe area marks its fourth location in Texas and complements Rosati’s Pizza locations in 14 other states including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

A grand opening is being planned for the near future.

Rosati’s Pizza is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Stop by anytime for Rosati’s “Jumbo Slice and a Soda” $6 special.
