Stomp, Chomp and Roar into Family Fun at Children’s Festival - November 11 - 12

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is transforming into a giant Jurassic playground for the annual Children’s Festival presented by Texas Children’s Hospital - The Woodlands and the whole family is invited to come have some dino-mite fun! Tickets are now on sale for this year’s festival which will take place on Saturday, November 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 12 from Noon to 5 p.m. Admission is $10 per person and includes all performances and activities.

Free Visits to the Houston Zoo this fall!

You and your family can visit the Houston Zoo for FREE on the first Tuesday of almost every month, September through May, from open to close. Please note that this offer does not include Zoo Lights, the carousel, giraffe feeding, or other events/attractions. Free daytime admission to the Houston Zoo is provided once a month from open until closing. Online reservations are required for all guests and members during this time. Tickets will not be available at the gate.

Early Voting begins October 23 in The Woodlands

The Woodlands Township reminds residents that early voting for the November election begins on Monday, October 23, 2023. The last day of early voting by personal appearance is November 3, 2023.

Three at-large positions on The Woodlands Township Board of Directors will be elected in the November 2023 election, designated as positions 5, 6, and 7. To vote in The Woodlands Township election, you must be a registered voter in the county of your residence and a resident of The Woodlands Township.
