Metropark Square previously announced that a Dave & Buster’s, Hyatt House Hotel, residential multi-family housing and restaurant/retail spaces will join the development. Retail leasing is managed by NewQuest Properties, a Houston-based full-service commercial real estate company.

“We are very excited to work with the Sam Moon Group as we continue leasing for Metropark Square,” said Rebecca Le, vice president of NewQuest Properties. “The location is key and the development has already gathered a lot of interest from many restaurants and retail businesses wanting to secure their spot in this highly-desired space.”

Metropark Square is an upscale, mixed-use development encompassing 175,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space situated on 70-acres in Shenandoah, Texas, in The Woodlands trade area of North Houston. The Shenandoah Convention and Visitors Bureau is located less than an exit away from Metropark Square.

“The City of Shenandoah is thrilled for Metropark Square and all of the attention it will bring to Shenandoah and The Woodlands area,” said John Mayner, director of Shenandoah CVB. “The variety of entertainment and dining that will be available at the development will create a wonderful new destination point for the City of Shenandoah. We can’t wait to see it open.”

Sam Moon Group plans to announce the official grand opening of Metropark Square in the upcoming months. The development will kick off its inauguration with a celebration on the event lawn containing food, music, games and more. Monthly events on the central lawn area that will be open-to-the-public are being planned throughout the year.
