Get ready to declutter, discover treasures, and connect with your neighbors at the Northampton Community Yard Sale on April 12th and 13th, 2025! We invite you to participate in this exciting event where the entire community comes together to buy, sell, and trade items right in our own neighborhood.

8:00AM - 3:00PM
No registration is required.

The NH Maintenance Fund will continue all the usual advertising and postings as in the past by:

- posting banners at both ends of Northcrest Dr.
- posting signs on Root Rd. (West Rayford signs get removed/stolen every event*)
- posting widespread community ads in NH Newsletter, NH marquee, neighborhood signs and banners, NextDoor.com, NH & Neighborly Neighbors Facebook, yardsales.net, yardsalesearch.com, garagesalefinder.com, and gsalr.com, garagesales.com which reach thousands of viewers. These ads/signs will bring shoppers to the Northampton area.

RESIDENTS will be responsible for bringing shoppers to their sale by posting (and removing) personal signs off the main roads (namely, Northcrest Dr., Root Rd., W. Rayford, Gosling Rd.)

We encourage every seller to set out individual signs at your main intersection(s) to draw shoppers to your street. Do not post signs on public stop signs or street signs.

*Note that event signs posted on the North side of NH (specifically, on W. Rayford Rd.) have consistently been stolen or removed every year. Please make your own signs to draw shoppers to your sale.

Note that ALL signs on ALL streets MUST be removed by Sunday evening, 4/14/24.

This event will be posted as Cash Only with no bills larger than a $20.

The community yard sale guidelines allow this sale on April 13 & 14, 2024 from 8a-3p.

We thank you for following event parameters so that this event continues in the future.

Proper disposal of yard sale leftovers is the responsibility of each homeowner. Please donate useable items rather than sending them to the landfill. We will be collecting clothing donations Sunday afternoon for anyone that would like to contribute. Please remember that heavy trash day is on Friday.

Please do not leave unsold items at the curb all week.
