Applicants must be at least 16 years old by July 1, 2025, and the starting pay is $12.50/hour (or $13.50/hour for lifeguarding at the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center). While previous lifeguarding experience is helpful, it’s not required. The Township will provide all necessary training for the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification.
