Introduce your child to the wonder of reading and instill a love of books at an early age. Storybook Theatre combines your favorite childhood books with songs, rhymes and fingerplays which are meant to promote early literacy and enhance language development.
Storybook Theatre Friday, March 7th presents at 11am “Violet’s Music” by Angela Johnson. It’s “Music in Our Schools Month”! Violet loves music more than anything else. Since she was a baby, Violet kept searching for someone else who also loved music until one day…!
Storybook Theatre Friday, March 28th presents at 11am “Linus: The Little Yellow Pencil” by Scott Magoon. In honor of Youth Art Month, we are introduced to Linus (a pencil) and Ernie (his eraser), who are struggling to create a masterpiece suitable for the family art show. Together they are able to create the perfect drawing!
