Surprise Bag:
Fill a bag with things
that are round and let
your baby explore:
different sized balls,
fruit, toy cars with
round wheels, etc.
Include a picture of a
circle and trace the
circle with your finger
a number of times
while saying "around
and around".

Round Scavenger
Hunt
Scavenger hunts are
our favorite!. Find
things throughout the
house that are round.
Doorknobs, drawer
pulls, buttons, etc.

Face to Face Interaction:
Hold your baby closely and
spin around, saying "round and
round we go." When you stop
spinning, ask him "Are you
dizzy?" Switch directions and
spin around the other way.
Don't do this exercise right after
baby has eaten!
